I enjoy helping people translate their deepest motivations into concrete actions. Passion exists in everyone but can always be further ignited or redirected. That's where I see my challenge: inspiring and assisting people in realizing beautiful solutions and innovations. And it all starts with listening well and ensuring that stories get the attention they deserve.

What truly energizes me is collectively working towards creating positive changes in the world. Whether it's small changes in one person or major transition processes within (mixed) organizations, I'm all in. Getting the puzzle pieces in the right place so that everyone is aligned. That can only happen with a mix of enthusiasm and expertise.
